About Deb
Deb Amandola is an executive coach, who leverages a broad spectrum of assessments centering on personality and gaining feedback from around the client using 360 instruments.
Deb also has extensive training experience in management/leadership skills. She helps individuals and groups maximize their effectiveness, achieve business results and increase their satisfaction.
Deb started executive coaching as an executive coach for Sprint Nextel, a Fortune 50 company. In the 16 years within Sprint, she led leadership development initiatives, provided coaching to over 100 Officers, Directors, and Managers, conducted team development sessions, and delivered management training. Deb also made organizational improvement recommendations that resulted in significant increases in revenues.
She has also coached executives from PepsiCo International, General Electric, Time Warner, Xign, and non-profits. These clients have improved their business results, stepped into leadership and enhanced their leadership.
Deb holds an MBA in Finance and a Master of Arts degree in Counseling Psychology. She also holds a certificate in Leadership Coaching from Georgetown University. Deb is a Professional Certified Coach (International Coaching Federation) and has applied for the Master Certified Coach (MCC). Expertise in property management leading an organization with the mission of providing a quality family oriented apartment neighborhood. This organization achieved 99% occupancy consistently for 18 months.
